Supply Desk is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to join welcoming, inclusive schools in Rickmansworth on a full-time, temp-to-perm basis starting September 2025.

In this rewarding role, you will provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with a variety of needs, including autism, SEMH (social, emotional, and mental health), and other learning challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide in-class and intervention support for pupils with SEND
• Assist with the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
• Foster independence, confidence, and social skills
• Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and staff to adapt teaching strategies
• Promote a positive, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment

What Weandrsquo;re Looking For:

• Experience with children with SEND (preferred, but not essential)
• Patience, empathy, and a supportive attitude
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing
