This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting pupils with additional needs and helping them overcome barriers to learning.The successful candidate will work closely with teachers, SENCOs and wider support staff to provide tailored support to individual pupils, helping them access the curriculum, develop their confidence and achieve positive outcomes.We are looking for someone who is nurturing, adaptable and committed, with the ability to build strong relationships with pupils and create a calm, supportive environment where every child feels valued and encouraged to succeed.Key Responsibilities: Provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with a range of Special Educational NeedsSupport pupils with needs including ASD, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and social, emotional and mental health needsAssist pupils in accessing the curriculum and engaging positively with classroom activitiesDevelop positive and trusting relationships with pupils, supporting their confidence, self-esteem and independencePromote positive behaviour, emotional regulation and social developmentMonitor pupil progress, engagement and wellbeing and share ..... full job details .....
