As an SEN Teaching Assistant, youandrsquo;ll be at the heart of our mission to ensure every student feels seen, supported, and celebrated. Youandrsquo;ll work closely with experienced educators and specialists to create a nurturing environment where students with special educational needs can flourish.

What Youandrsquo;ll Be Doing:
- Deliver tailored one-to-one and small group support to students with a range of needs
- Help implement and monitor Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and behaviour strategies
- Collaborate with teachers to adapt lessons and foster inclusive classroom experiences
- Encourage student engagement and independence through creative and compassionate support
- Communicate regularly with families and professionals to ensure consistent, holistic care
- Assist in developing and adapting learning materials and assistive technologies

What Weandrsquo;re Looking For:
- A relevant qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning (desirable but not essential)
- Experience working with children with SEN, ideally in a mainstream setting
- A solid understanding of conditions such as autism, ADHD, dyslexia, and speech/language difficulties
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for inclusive education
