Weandrsquo;re looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a nurturing primary school in Folkestone this September 2025. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a lasting impact on the lives of pupils with additional needs.
Youandrsquo;ll work closely with class teachers and the SENCO to provide tailored 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with a range of needs, including autism, ADHD, and speech and language difficulties.
The Role:
Full-time, term-time position
Supporting pupils with special educational needs in class
Assisting with EHCP targets and personalised learning plans
Encouraging social, emotional, and academic development
Contributing to a calm, inclusive classroom environment
What Weandrsquo;re Looking For:
Experience working with children with SEN (in school or care settings)
A calm, supportive and positive approach
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
A genuine passion for helping children reach their potential
DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply
