About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated SEN Learning Support Assistant to join a specialist school in Salisbury starting in September 2025. In this full-time role, you will work alongside a skilled team of teachers and support staff to help pupils with additional needs-including Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) and ADHD-reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide in-class support to students with SEN, both in 1:1 and small group settings
Work with teachers to deliver engaging and differentiated lessons
Support the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
Assist with student behaviour and emotional regulation
Help create a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment
Monitor and report on student progress to the teaching team and parents
Take part in planning and delivering extracurricular or enrichment activities
Ideal Candidate:
Experience working with children or young people in an educational or care setting (preferred)
A caring, patient, and adaptable nature
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A genuine interest in supporting young people with diverse learning needs
