Are you passionate about supporting young people with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs£ Weandrsquo;re looking for a dedicated and resilient SEMH Teaching Assistant to join a supportive school team in Winslow.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  

  Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with SEMH needs

• 
  

  Create and maintain a safe, nurturing learning environment

• 
  

  Work alongside teachers to plan and deliver targeted interventions

• 
  

  Help manage and positively respond to challenging behaviours

• 
  

  Track student progress and provide feedback to the wider teaching team

• 
  

  Promote social and emotional development through structured activities

Ideal Candidate:

• 
  

  Experience with SEMH or similar special educational needs (desirable)

• 
  

  Calm, empathetic, and patient in challenging situations

• 
  

  Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• 
  

  Committed to safeguarding and supporting vulnerable learners

• 
  

  A team player with a proactive and flexible approach
