Working closely with class teachers, SENCOs, and wider support staff, you will provide tailored support to help pupils access their learning, develop confidence, and achieve their individual potential.The ideal candidate will have a nurturing and positive approach, with the patience and understanding required to support pupils with a range of additional needs.
