You will work 1:1 with children who have Speech Language and SEMH needs; helping them access learning, develop their communication skills and become more confident and independent within the school environment.Previous school experience is desirable but not essential, as training and ongoing support will be provided.The Role Providing one-to-one support with a child in Year 3 Supporting pupils individual learning, communication, sensory and emotional needsHelping pupils follow structured routines and manage transitions throughout the school dayUsing visual resources, communication aids and autism-friendly strategiesEncouraging positive behaviour, social interaction and independenceWorking closely with teachers, SENCOs and other support professionalsCreating a safe, calm and inclusive learning environmentMonitoring pupils progress and providing feedback to the class teacher Minimum Requirements: A genuine passion for ..... full job details .....
