This purpose-built specialist provision supports pupils aged 2–19 with profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD), severe learning difficulties (SLD), and complex medical and physical needs. • Support pupils throughout the school day with learning, communication, and daily routines
• Assist with personalised learning programmes tailored to each student''s individual needs
• Promote the development of communication through visual resources, sensory activities, and assistive technology
• Provide personal care and physical support with dignity and respect where required
• Encourage pupils to develop social interaction, independence, and life skills
• Work closely with teachers, therapists, and healthcare professionals to deliver consistent support
• Observe, record, and communicate pupil progress to contribute to individual learning plans
• Help create a positive, engaging, and safe learning environment where every achievement is celebrated

• Experience supporting children or young people with additional needs is desirable but not essential
• A genuine interest in working with pupils with complex learning difficulties and disabilities
• Calm, patient, and resilient, with a positive approach to supporting individual needs
• Comfortable providing personal care and supporting pupils with mobility where required
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Able to commit to regular working days on either a full-time or part-time basis
• Holds a DBS on the Update Service or is willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS
