Youandrsquo;ll work closely with students on a one-to-one basis or in small groups, helping to create a calm, inclusive, and encouraging learning environment.

• Experience working with children or young people (in schools, care, youth work, etc.)
• A calm, patient, and supportive approach
• Confidence to adapt to different school settings and age groups
• A genuine interest in helping children reach their potential
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
