What Youandrsquo;ll Be Doing:
- Supporting pupils with a variety of SEN, including autism, ADHD, and social/emotional needs
- Assisting the class teacher in delivering differentiated lessons tailored to individual learning styles
- Working with children who have Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs)
- Encouraging emotional regulation, resilience, and independence
- Providing personal care when necessary, always with dignity and respect
- Collaborating with staff, families, and external professionals to ensure holistic support
