This role is ideal for graduates who are passionate about supporting children with additional needs and are considering careers in educational or clinical psychology, teaching, or therapy. What Youandrsquo;ll Be Doing:


  • Supporting pupils with a variety of SEN, including autism, ADHD, and social/emotional needs
  • Assisting the class teacher in delivering differentiated lessons tailored to individual learning styles
  • Working with children who have Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs)
  • Encouraging emotional regulation, resilience, and independence
  • Providing personal care when necessary, always with dignity and respect
  • Collaborating with staff, families, and external professionals to ensure holistic support
