This is a full-time opportunity to support pupils with a range of additional needs, helping them to access learning, develop confidence, and achieve their full potential in a supportive educational environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide tailored support to pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) on a 1:1 basis and in small groups. Support learning activities under the guidance of the class teacher and SENCO. Encourage pupils'' academic, social, and emotional development. Assist with behaviour management using positive and consistent strategies. Adapt support to meet individual learning needs and learning styles. Foster positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents. Support pupils in developing independence, confidence, and resilience.
