Supply Desk is seeking a compassionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive school community in Radlett. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with pupils with special educational needs, supporting their learning and development in a nurturing environment. The role is full-time, initially temporary with strong potential to become permanent.

What Weandrsquo;re Looking For:

• Experience supporting children with special educational needs
• Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other staff
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment
• Relevant qualifications or training in SEN support is desirable but not essential

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the delivery of personalised learning programmes for SEN pupils
• Support pupils in class and during interventions to promote independence
• Help manage behaviour and support social and emotional development
• Work alongside teaching staff to monitor pupil progress and adapt support as needed
• Contribute to creating a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere
