We are recruiting on behalf of a welcoming and supportive Primary SEN School in Wythenshawe that is looking to appoint a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their team asap.This is a rewarding opportunity to work closely with pupils who have a range of additional needs, including Autism (ASC), communication and interaction needs, and moderate to complex learning difficulties. You''ll play a vital role in helping pupils achieve their full potential both academically and socially.The Role:Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups.Assisting the class teacher in delivering engaging, tailored learning activities.Promoting a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment.Supporting pupils with communication, emotional regulation, and personal development.Working collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and other support staff.The Ideal Candidate Will Have:Experience supporting children or young people with SEN.A patient, caring, and positive approach.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or be willing to obtain one).What We Offer:Competitive daily pay.A full-time role with a September start.Ongoing support from a dedicated consultant.Opportunities for professional ..... full job details .....
