SEN Teaching Assistant

Spencer Clarke Group are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistants to join a supportive school in Cramlington, Northumberland. This is a rewarding opportunity to work closely with pupils who have Special Educational Needs, helping them to access learning, build confidence, and achieve their full potential.This role is Monday-Thursday 8:30-4:30 and Friday 8:30-4:00.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide tailored support to pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs (SEN)Work closely with the class teacher to deliver differentiated learning activitiesSupport pupils on a one-to-one basis and in small groupsAssist in implementing Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs)Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environmentMonitor and record pupil progress, providing feedback to teaching staffSupport with social, emotional, and behavioural developmentThe Ideal Candidate Will HaveA DBS on the update service or the willingness to obtain onePrevious experience working with children with Special Educational NeedsA patient, empathetic, and proactive approachStrong communication and teamwork skillsThe ability to adapt to the individual needs of pupilsA genuine passion for supporting children''s development and wellbeingWhat We OfferA welcoming and supportive school environmentOpportunities for professional development and trainingA chance to make a meaningful impact on pupils'' livesIf you are committed to supporting children with SEN and are looking for a ..... full job details .....
