This is a fantastic long-term opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting children with additional needs and is looking for a role that could develop into a permanent position.The RoleAs a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will support pupils with a range of additional needs, helping them to access learning, build confidence and develop socially and emotionally. You may be working 1:1 with a child, supporting small groups, or assisting the class teacher with wider classroom support. You will be expected to:Support pupils with SEN on a 1:1 and small-group basisHelp children engage with learning and classroom routinesPromote positive behaviour and emotional regulationAdapt support to meet individual learning needsWork closely with the class teacher, SENCO and wider school teamBuild positive relationships with pupils, staff and parentsThe Ideal CandidateWe are looking for someone who is patient, proactive and genuinely passionate about helping children succeed.
