You will work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to ensure pupils receive the appropriate support to access learning and develop their confidence and independence.Key ResponsibilitiesProviding 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with SENSupporting children with Autism, ADHD, SEMH, communication and learning needsHelping pupils with emotional regulation and positive behaviourSupporting children to engage with lessons and classroom activitiesAdapting activities and resources to meet individual needsBuilding positive and trusting relationships with pupilsSupporting pupils'' social, emotional and academic developmentWorking closely with the class teacher and SENCOEncouraging independence, confidence and positive behaviourAbout YouThe successful candidate will ideally have:Previous experience working with children with SENExperience within a primary school, specialist setting or similar ..... full job details .....
