This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about inclusive education and wants to help young people develop academically, socially and emotionally. The role is offered on a temp-to-perm basis, providing the opportunity to secure a permanent position for the right candidate.The Role:Supporting students with their learning and development across the secondary curriculum.Working closely with teachers to deliver engaging, differentiated and personalised learning activities.Providing 1:1 and small-group support where required.Helping students develop their communication, social skills, confidence and independence.Supporting students with additional needs, ensuring a safe, nurturing and positive learning environment.Managing challenging behaviour calmly and positively, using appropriate strategies to support student engagement.Building positive relationships with students and staff to encourage progress and achievement.The Ideal Candidate:Previous experience working with children or young people in an educational or ..... full job details .....
