      <description>Location: Smethwick | Salary: 10000-500000 Annual | Type: Permanent | SEN Provision Teaching Assistant - Smethwick Are you passionate about making a difference in children''s lives?We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate 121 Teaching Assistants to join our Aspire Team and work in one of our schools in Smethwick. This role involves providing tailored support to a pupil on a one-to-one basis, helping them to access learning, build confidence, and thrive within the school environment in their SEND Provision. Key Responsibilities: Provide 1:1 support to a pupil with additional needs, both in and out of the classroom. Assist in the planning and delivery of engaging learning activities. Help to manage behaviour in a positive and consistent way. Support the pupil''s social and emotional development. Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and other professionals. Requirements: Previous experience working with children (ideally in a school setting). Understanding of supporting pupils with special educational needs (SEN) or additional needs. Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills. A positive and proactive approach to supporting learning.
