The school has a specialist provision that supports pupils with autism and communication needs, offering a structured and nurturing environment where children can thrive both academically and socially. This rewarding role involves working with pupils across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, supporting children with a range of additional needs both within the specialist provision and in mainstream classrooms. You will work closely with teachers, therapists, and the wider SEND team to deliver personalised support that promotes communication, independence, and positive engagement with learning.
