This is a highly rewarding role where you will work closely with teachers, the SEND team, speech and language professionals, and external agencies to provide tailored support for children with Speech, Language and Communication Needs (SLCN), including pupils with autism. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting children with additional needs in a primary setting and be confident using communication-based interventions to help pupils access learning and develop independence.
