      <description>Location: Brent | Salary: &amp;pound;475 - &amp;pound;525/week | Type: Permanent | SEN Teaching Assistant – Resource Provision (Speech, Language &amp; Communication Needs)   Brent, London   £475 – £525 per week   We are recruiting for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils within a specialist Resource Provision in a large and inclusive primary school in Brent. This is a highly rewarding role where you will work closely with teachers, the SEND team, speech and language professionals, and external agencies to provide tailored support for children with Speech, Language and Communication Needs (SLCN), including pupils with autism.  The ideal candidate will have experience supporting children with additional needs in a primary setting and be confident using communication-based interventions to help pupils access learning and develop independence. You should be passionate about helping children progress academically, socially, and emotionally within both the Resource Provision and mainstream classroom environment.
