This role is ideal for someone compassionate, flexible and confident supporting children with additional needs using relationship-led, trauma-informed approaches. You will support individual pupils and small groups across a variety of settings, including in-class learning and out-of-class nurture provision. Support focuses on emotional regulation, engagement, confidence-building and bespoke learning.Daily TimelineMorning Provision8:30am 11:45am (Year 2 In Class)1:1 classroom support alongside lower ability/SEN group work. Well supported by classroom staff. Includes observing toileting support from outside the toilet room (no direct personal care).8:30am 12:30pm (Year 2 Boys Out of Class Provision)Deliver bespoke curriculum to a small group of boys in an out-of-class setting alongside another TA.
