This blended role combines School Care Work and SEN Teaching Assistant duties, making it perfect for someone who wants to support both the personal wellbeing and educational progress of pupils with diverse needs. About the Role You will support pupils in a SEND school with a range of physical, medical, and complex learning needs. Working closely with teachers, therapists, and school staff, you will help create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where every child can succeed. Key Responsibilities Provide personal care and mobility support Assist with feeding, hygiene, and medical routines Support pupils in the classroom with learning and daily activities Encourage independence, communication, and emotional wellbeing Use appropriate strategies to help pupils engage and regulate Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and families Contribute to a caring, inclusive, and positive school environment What We re Looking For ..... full job details .....
