      <description>Location: Leicester | Salary: 10000-500000 Annual | Type: Permanent | We are seeking dedicated, patient and motivated SEN Teaching Assistants / Education Support Workers to work at a mainstream Sixth Form College in Leicester on a full-time and long-term basis.  This role is ideal for anyone passionate about helping young people between the ages of 16-19 with additional needs succeed in a post-16 setting.  The role at a glance You''ll be supporting learners aged 16-19 with a range of special educational needs, helping them access learning, build confidence and develop essential life and study skills. Your support will play a key role in their academic progress and personal development.
