About the Role:As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers and the SENCO to provide targeted support for pupils with a range of special educational needs, including ASD, ADHD, and speech and language difficulties. Your role will be pivotal in helping students access the curriculum and achieve their full potential in a nurturing environment. Key Responsibilities:Assist teachers in planning and delivering differentiated lessons and activities =.Foster a positive and inclusive classroom that supports the social, emotional, and academic development of all students.Collaborate with parents, teachers, and external agencies to support students'' progress and well-being.Maintain accurate records of students'' progress and provide feedback to teachers and parents.
