Many pupils have experienced challenges that have impacted their learning and behaviour, and the school is committed to helping every young person build confidence, develop positive relationships, and achieve their full potential.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a genuine difference and can provide consistent, positive support to pupils both inside and outside the classroom.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEMH needs.Build positive, trusting relationships that promote engagement and emotional wellbeing.Support pupils in managing their behaviour using positive behaviour support strategies and de-escalation techniques.Assist teachers in delivering engaging, differentiated learning activities.Encourage the development of social skills, emotional regulation, resilience, and independence.Support pupils in working towards their individual learning goals and EHCP outcomes.Work collaboratively with teachers, ..... full job details .....
