About the Role:
This is a full-time position supporting pupils aged 11andndash;16 with a range ofandnbsp;severe and complex learning difficulties, including physical disabilities, communication needs, and sensory impairments. Youandrsquo;ll work closely with teaching staff and therapists to deliver tailored support that helps each student thrive both academically and personally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with EHCPs
- Assist with personal care and mobility where required
- Adapt learning materials to meet individual needs
- Foster a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment
- Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals
£ What Weandrsquo;re Looking For:
- Experience working with children or young people with SEN (in any setting)
- A calm, patient, and empathetic approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A genuine passion for inclusive education
- Relevant qualifications (e.g. CACHE, NVQ, or equivalent) are desirable but not essential
