The Role: Support students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in and out of the classroom. Work closely with teachers to deliver tailored learning support. Assist with implementing individual education plans (IEPs). Encourage students'' academic, social, and emotional development. Promote positive behaviour and an inclusive learning environment. The Ideal Candidate: Previous experience supporting children or young people with SEN is desirable. Experience within a secondary school setting is advantageous.
