This is a highly rewarding role within a specialist secondary setting, where you will support students with complex learning needs, communication difficulties, autism spectrum conditions, and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.  A key aspect of this role includes supporting pupils with  personal care needs , ensuring dignity, respect, and independence are promoted at all times.
