SANZA Teaching Agency is recruiting a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support a Year 3 pupil with additional needs in a highly supportive school in the Sydenham area.This long-term role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference to a child''s educational journey while working alongside an experienced and nurturing staff team.About the RoleYou will provide 1:1 support for a Year 3 pupil with an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) relating to autism and ADHD. The role focuses on supporting learning, engagement and social development within the classroom environment. No personal care is required.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide consistent 1:1 support for a Year 3 pupil with SEND.Support the pupil''s learning, communication and engagement throughout the school day.Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing.Work closely with the class teacher and SEND team to implement support strategies.Monitor progress and provide feedback to school staff where appropriate.Build positive relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues.Help create an inclusive and ..... full job details .....
