SEN Teaching Assistant Rugby

Location: Rugby Contract: Full-time, Monday to Friday Start Date: September 2026 Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience Hays Education are working in partnership with a specialist SEN school to recruit caring, resilient, and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to support pupils with a range of additional needs. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dedicated team supporting children and young people with complex learning difficulties, autism, communication needs, and associated behaviours. The role involves providing both classroom and individual support to help pupils access learning and achieve their full potential.
