Sen Teaching Assistant

Location: Enfield, North London Start Date: September Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience Are you passionate about supporting children with special educational needs? We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive and inclusive school in Enfield. This is a full-time, term-time only role, ideal for someone who is confident working with students who have a variety of needs, including autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and moderate to complex learning needs. Key Responsibilities: Provide 1:1 and group support to students with special educational needs Support pupils with academic, emotional and social development Assist the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management Help implement EHCP targets and behaviour strategies Foster a safe, inclusive and positive learning environment The Ideal Candidate Will Have: Previous experience working in an SEN setting or mainstream school with SEN students Understanding of a range of additional needs such as ASD, ADHD, and communication difficulties Patience, empathy, and a strong commitment to pupil wellbeing Excellent communication and teamwork skills A proactive and flexible attitude How to Apply: If you''re an experienced or aspiring SEN Teaching Assistant looking to join a fantastic school in Enfield, we want to hear from you!
