Remedy Education is seeking two experienced SEN Teaching Assistants to support secondary-aged pupils with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and challenging behaviour in a specialist SEN setting.

This is a fantastic opportunity for confident, resilient and patient individuals who are passionate about supporting young people with additional needs and helping them reach their full potential.

The ideal candidates will:

• Have a minimum of 1 year''s SEN experience.

• Be confident managing challenging behaviour and responding calmly to difficult situations.

• Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ideally have previous experience working in a specialist SEN setting.

• Be patient, adaptable and committed to providing consistent support tailored to pupils'' individual needs.

Experience supporting pupils with ASD and understanding different behavioural needs will be particularly valuable.
