      <description>Location: Essex | Salary: &amp;pound;100 - &amp;pound;117/day | Type: Contract | SEN Teaching Assistant - Chelmsford    -100117 per day | Full-Time   Remedy Education are currently looking for a  dedicated and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant  to join a welcoming school in  Chelmsford, Essex .  This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting children and young people with special educational needs and wants to make a real difference to their learning, development and confidence.   The role will involve:     Providing 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with SEN    Supporting pupils with their learning and development    Helping children build confidence, independence and communication skills    Supporting emotional regulation and positive behaviour    Assisting with classroom activities and interventions    Working closely with teachers, SENCOs and other support staff    Creating a safe, inclusive and supportive learning environment     The ideal candidate will have:     Previous experience working with children or young people with SEN    Strong behaviour management and communication skills    A patient, caring and consistent approach    The ability to build positive relationships with pupils    Experience supporting addition...</description>
