The setting supports students with severe autism (ASD), severe learning difficulties, non-verbal communication needs and physically challenging behaviour. This is a demanding but rewarding opportunity for someone passionate about making a genuine difference to young people''s lives. The Role Provide 1:1 and small-group support to Post-16 students with complex SEN. Support students with severe ASD and challenging behaviour, using positive behaviour support and de-escalation techniques. Assist with personal care, including toileting and changing.
