The successful SEN Teaching Assistant will work within the school''s dedicated SEN base, providing support to pupils across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 with a range of additional needs. The Role - SEN Teaching Assistant The successful SEN Teaching Assistant will: Work within the school''s dedicated SEN base. Support pupils across KS1 and KS2 with a variety of special educational needs. Provide targeted 1:1 and small-group support. Help pupils access learning and participate fully in school life. Support children with their academic, social, emotional and behavioural development. Deliver interventions and activities tailored to individual pupil needs. Work closely with class teachers, SEN staff and other professionals. Help develop pupils'' confidence, independence and learning skills. Build positive and trusting relationships with pupils.
