As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our pupils with special educational needs receive the support they need to achieve their full potential. As a Teaching Assistant you will be responsible for the below: Roles and Responsibilities: Work closely with the SENCO and teaching staff to provide support and assistance to pupils with special educational needs, both inside and outside the classroom Assist with the planning and preparation of lessons and activities, ensuring that they are tailored to the individual needs of each pupil.
