The Role You will: Support pupils in lessons and around the school environment. Assist teachers in delivering engaging learning activities. Encourage positive behaviour and engagement. Build trusting relationships with pupils. Support students with social, emotional and educational development. Help create a safe, nurturing and inclusive learning environment. Ideal Candidate We''re looking for individuals who: Have experience working with children or young people. Are patient, resilient and compassionate. Have strong communication skills. Can build positive relationships quickly. Have experience within education, care, support work, residential care or youth work (desirable but not essential).
