The Role As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils both in and out of the classroom. Working closely with teachers, therapists and other professionals, you will help create a safe, engaging and supportive learning environment where every achievement is recognised and celebrated. Key Responsibilities Support pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups. Assist children with Severe Learning Difficulties and additional complex needs. Help pupils access learning activities and classroom routines. Promote independence, communication and life skills. Support emotional wellbeing and positive behaviour strategies.
