Teaching Assistant (12-Month Fixed-Term Contract) Westbury, Wiltshire Up to £21,408 per annum Are you passionate about supporting young people to overcome barriers and achieve their potential? We are looking for a dedicated and resilient Teaching Assistant to join a specialist education setting supporting children and young people with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, alongside additional needs such as Autism, ADHD, and communication difficulties. This is far more than a classroom support role. You''ll become a trusted adult, mentor, advocate, and positive, role model, helping students develop confidence, resilience, and the skills they need to succeed.
