We are currently seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to provide tailored 1:1 and small group support for two secondary-aged students with ADHD.This is a rewarding, long-term temporary role based at a high-achieving secondary school in Upminster. You will be joining a supportive environment where your expertise will directly impact the academic and emotional success of these students.The Role and RequirementsFocus: Providing specialised support to two students with ADHD, helping them manage focus, organisation, and emotional regulation within the classroom.Experience:Essential. You must have a proven track record of working with ADHD learners and a deep understanding of the challenges they face in a secondary setting.Start Date:ASAP. We need someone ready to hit the ground running.Compliance: Ideally, you will already hold an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service to allow for an immediate start.Pay and BenefitsWe believe in fair pay for hard work.
