What you will be doing In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the educational and personal journey of pupils in Key Stage 3 and 4 who face barriers to learning. You will help transform lives by: Providing tailored 1:1 and small group support to students with SEMH needs. Utilising de-escalation strategies and trauma-informed approaches to create a safe, structured, and calm learning environment. Acting as a positive role model, building trusting relationships that empower students to navigate emotional challenges. Collaborating with classroom teachers to adapt lessons that align with individual EHCP goals. Monitoring progress and well-being, sharing key insights with the SENCO to ensure every student is supported effectively.
