The Role - SEN Teaching Assistant
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will support 2 pupils in KS2 with ASD, providing tailored support to help them access learning, develop independence, and build confidence in the classroom. Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO, you will deliver personalised strategies that promote both academic achievement and positive social development. The ideal candidate will be patient, adaptable and committed to making a meaningful difference to a child''s educational journey. Previous experience supporting pupils with ASD or other complex needs is essential.
