You will work alongside the class teacher and SENCO to implement individualised strategies, ensuring pupils receive the support they need to thrive academically and socially. The ideal candidate will be calm, patient and adaptable, whilst previous experience supporting pupils with ASD or other complex SEN needs is essential for this role.
