The Role - SEN Teaching Assistant

A supportive SEN school in Tower Hamlets is seeking a committed SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team on a full-time basis. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will support pupils on a 1:1 and small group basis, helping them access learning and develop both academically and socially.

The successful SEN Teaching Assistant will work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement EHCP targets, support behaviour management, and promote a positive and structured learning environment. You will play a key role in helping pupils build confidence, independence, and engagement in learning.
