The Role - SEN Teaching Assistant

A specialist secondary SEN school in Hackney is seeking a committed SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team ASAP. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will support students on a 1:1 and small group basis, helping them access the curriculum and develop both academically and socially.

The successful SEN Teaching Assistant will work closely with teachers and the SENCO to implement EHCP targets, support behaviour management, and promote a structured and positive learning environment. You will play a key role in helping students build confidence, independence, and emotional regulation.
