You''ll be supporting students who may struggle with regulating emotions, building positive relationships, managing behaviour, or engaging in learning due to SEMH needs and other additional learning requirements. Your role will be to provide consistency, encouragement, and a safe environment where pupils can build confidence and succeed. No two days are the same, but that''s part of the magic.
