We''re working with schools across Sunderland who are looking for experienced SEN Teaching Assistants to join their teams.These schools support pupils with a range of additional needs and provide nurturing environments where children are encouraged to thrive.What you''ll be doing• Providing 1:1 and small group support • Supporting pupils with SEND needs • Working alongside teachers and SENDCOs • Encouraging engagement and participation • Supporting social, emotional and academic development • Monitoring and recording progressWhat we''re looking for• Experience supporting children with SEND • A patient and adaptable approach • Strong communication skills • A genuine passion for helping young people succeed • Willingness to travel across Sunderland and surrounding areas • Driving beneficial but not essential • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)What you can expect from Protocol• Weekly PAYE pay • Ongoing support from a consultant who genuinely cares • Free CPD and online training opportunitiesAll applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
