Be patient, understanding and able to build positive relationships with pupils. Have good communication and teamwork skills. Be reliable, proactive and passionate about supporting children''s learning and development. Hold a current Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service. The role will involve: Supporting pupils with additional learning needs in the classroom. Providing one-to-one and small-group support where required. Helping pupils access learning activities and develop independence. Working closely with teaching staff and other professionals. Supporting positive behaviour and creating an inclusive learning environment.
