This role would suit someone who thrives in a specialist SEN environment and has experience supporting children with complex communication, behavioural, and sensory needs. The Role You will work closely with one student throughout the school day, providing consistent support to help them access learning, regulate emotions, and engage positively within the school setting. The student can experience periods of dysregulation and heightened anxiety which may occasionally result in challenging behaviours.
